I understand I am enrolling in a blended learning class which can take up to 4.5 hours to complete and the certification card will be issued by ASHI (American Safety and Health Institute). I understand if I come to class without having completed the online training I will not be allowed to participate in class, I will not earn a certification card, and am not eligible for a refund or transfer. I understand the online program may not work on a mobile phone or tablet and I have a desktop or laptop I can use to complete the training.
