Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received via email or phone more than 48 hours before class start time will receive a full refund, less a $10 service fee per enrollment for traditional learning courses and a $20 service fee per enrollment for blended learning courses. Cancellations by groups* received more than 7 days before class start time will receive a full refund, less a $10 service fee per enrollment for traditional learning courses and $20 service fee per enrollment for blended learning courses. Requests received after the stated deadlines will not be eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued if transferring to a class of lesser tuition. All sales on books are final. 
*A group is 4 or more individuals signed up by one person or organization for the same class session.

Transfers
Transfers are permitted if notice is given via email 48 hours before class start time. A $10 charge will apply to transfers from a blended learning class to a traditional learning class. There is no charge for a transfer from a traditional learning to a blended learning class. 

Blended Learning Completion Policy
Students who enroll in a blended learning class and have not completed their online coursework prior to class start time will not be eligible to participate in class and are not eligible for a refund or transfer. 

Late Policy
Students arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will not receive a certification card or be eligible for a refund or transfer.

Language / Translator Policy

English language proficiency is required to participate in and receive certification for this class. Students must be able to understand course instruction, participate in skills testing, and complete the written exam in English. Translators are not permitted in class. If you are concerned about your ability to fully understand spoken and written English instruction, please contact our office before class.

Class Pace Policy
Training is presented in a group setting, and the instructor will proceed at the pace of the average student. In the event that the pace is too fast for an individual and that individual has difficulty passing a physical or written skills test, the class instructor might not have time after class to work with that individual. However, CPR Seattle will do everything possible to ensure that the student is confident with the course material and has extra opportunities to practice and retest. In addition to other possible options, the student is welcome to take the class again at no additional charge.
