While we thoroughly explain and practice (and practice, and practice) all aspects of CPR and AED use during training at CPR Seattle, it never hurts to do some preparation ahead of time. We've put together the following videos that demonstrate the steps you will learn in class. Follow along with the handout you recieve from us with your enrollment confirmation email, and you'll be well on your way to a successful CPR/AED certification!
